The overflow menu of the default nav bar: a rounded panel listing the page's Secondary toolbar items as rows (icon when set, then text), by ascending Priority. A row dismisses the menu first, then activates its item; disabled items are dimmed and inert. Built fresh on every open.

Remarks

Instances are created by ScaffoldToolbarOverflowButton — the type is public purely as a styling surface. Unstyled, the panel background and the text follow the app theme (light / dark); a style pins them:

Font icons declared without a color take the effective text color; other icons render as given.

The panel hugs its widest row, between MinimumWidthRequest (200) and MaximumWidthRequest (280) — both plain properties, style them to change the bounds.
