The nav bar's rendering of the page's ToolbarItems: primary items (Primary and Default) as ScaffoldToolbarItemButtons in ascending Priority — as many as FIT the width the bar offers; the rest fold into the ScaffoldToolbarOverflowButton's menu ahead of the Secondary items (Android's "if room" semantics; MAUI's native bars squeeze the title instead). Follows the collection live — items added, removed, reordered or moved between surfaces at runtime are reflected at once. Drop it anywhere inside a custom nav bar — it binds to the inherited ScaffoldNavBarContext and fits whatever width its host measures it with.
