Indicates that items will be aligned in the center of the line.

This is only effective when the IWrapLayout has remaining space in the line after all items have been arranged.

End = 2

Indicates that items will be aligned to the end of the line.

This is only effective when the IWrapLayout has remaining space in the line after all items have been arranged.

Start = 0

Indicates that items will be aligned to the start of the line.

This is only effective when the IWrapLayout has remaining space in the line after all items have been arranged.
